HOW IT WORKS
Locums:
Locums can access booking through a variety of ways, either through their personalised dashboard, bookings page or calendar apply for more than one job simultaneously to maximise securing work.
In the event a locum receives multiple offers, a locum will select and accept one offer.
Dependant on a first come first serve basis, both parties will receive a confirmation notification.
Once a locum has secured a shift, all other offers on the same day will be blocked, minimising the risk of double bookings. Locums may wish to negotiate with clients on rates offered. Our inbox tool serves as a great means to directly negotiate.
Clients:
- On registering, clients can register multiple branches and multiple users.
- This feature will enhance user experience and save time for multiples.
- Clients can easily post a booking from multiple pages such as dashboard, bookings page or calendar.
- Upon receiving several applicants, clients can view locum profiles and ratings before selecting multiple locums of choice and sending out offers.
- The selected locums receive the offer and are then at a 'first come first serve' acceptance procedure.
- On a locum being successful, both parties receive a confirmation notification.
